Usb c advice needed

I bought a Chinese andowl flashlight. It got a USB c charge port. It came with a USB cable. Problem is, this flashlight only charge with it's own cable, not a normal USB c cable and my phone doesn't charge from the flashlight cable. So problem is, I will have to keep and label that cable.

Seems like my flashlight got this type of connector fitted. The USB c on its cable only got 4 pins.
