USB header cables

Anyone know where one can buy these? My motherboard has 4 USB header connectors and the case only uses one. Something like the last one on this page would be nice as one could build a couple of them onto a backplane slot.

Mustek sells them, also Communica (Midrand & elsewehere). Cost is about R30. They (2x) are mounted on a backplate.

@Renierp: Are you referring to a PCI USB card, or a motherboard USB header cable?

It's a motherboard header cable, but slides into the back of your case, so the ports are added at the back.
