personally, I would like a cellphone with a build in USB flash drive much more.

I'm sure that will added at some stage as cell phones will at some stage surpass computers so I'm sure handset manufactures will build something in at some stage.

AFAIK it is an SD card that folds open and plugs directly into the USB port
