To the Rain 4G/5G team.

Okay now I am tired of this.

Why must a person constantly complain about how ridiculous your service is and how useless is your network.
You guys have even installed an outdoor CPE at my residence and with out surprise it is actually worse than what it was.

I think its fair that you rather refund me my money that i have paid over the last few months and come and take this unit out.
I am spending more money on Data a month than my monthly payment.

And please dont ask me again for my email address as that doesnt seem to help.
I am going to post on every single social network there is and write reviews whereever i can.
 
Seriously, Rain has to be the worst network in the country, I just don't know why people still go for them. Chances are that very few of their clients have usable coverage than the most.

... and they keep claiming that the thing is valued at so many billions of rands. Unbelievable and pathetic.
 
Should Rain fall :(. Why the hell would you want all the plants in the world to suffer because you can't have internet, that does not seem fair. Rain should definitely fall yes!


Also, nothing will come of a rant post on a random forum, no matter how many times you ask for a refund, the people reading this forum from Rain has no more power than the support you have been dealing with anyway.
