I just need some clarity. I have a MyMeg500 contract and have activated a MyMeg250 Adhoc bundle which still has about 75Mb left. I'm going to need more before the end of the month. Do I have to wait until the MyMeg250 is exhausted before I activate another bundle or can I activate another bundle in anticipation that I'll need it?

The thing that makes me think I can't activate two at once is this note on the Vodacom4me Balances page:

Data bundles

If you wish to add a new bundle, please check if your bundle is currently active on the modify services page,if so please deselect the bundle and update your services before proceeding with activating a new bundle Click here to activate bundles.

Thanks, Ken

You cannot add the same size bundle again in the same month.

OK, thanks.

I'd be interested in the logic, but thanks for the information.

Yup I did not understand that either, but that's how it is with contract. Pre-paid you just need to wait till you have less than 10mb left before you can buy your next bundle.

It's the result of some logic in the back-end systems creating a strange side-effect.

Try this:

1) You bought a specific size bundle and it's now used up. But you can select it again.

2) First select MyMeg0. (As if you're buying a bundle of 0 Meg)

3) Make sure it all shows correctly.

4) Now you should be able to select any bundle size, including the one you had before that did not want to show on 4me.

They are working to fix this but let me know if the above workaround worked for you.

Did not know there was a work around. 155 told me that that's the way things are :)

Will have to see what feedback @kenironside has because at the moment the SO is managing with the larger bundle she has selected for the month so I probably won't be in that scenario again soon.

I have done that in the past and it worked.
