Hi,
I currently use a WISP to work from home in Durbanville. Overall I'm actually very impressed with them and would like to keep using them.
I'm very dependant for stable high speed. I can handle downtown to a certain level, but long, multi-day variations like I'm having now is problematic.
Any recommendation of other people in the same scenario on making use of a second ISP option that can sit dormant for minimal (or none) cost and that can be switch on at short notice?
One option would be ADSL/Telkom, but I think that need to be a monthly contract and the Telkom ADSL checker indicate that my speed would be worse than my WISP. So I would be hesitant to make that my main ISP.
Any recommendation? Would be much appreciated.
