UT Tracestar not working

Hey guys,

I'm having a little problem with my UT Tracestar. It keeps giving me an error message when clicking the "start" button.

The error I get is:

"Unable to connect to modem, possible causes IP/Connection settings."
I've changed my modem setup to USB, and it tells me that there is no USB modem - (yet it is plugged into the USB). When I change it to Ethernet, it gives me the above error.

Any ideas?
 
If you get this error, and assuming that your NIC is set to the correct IP address, I have found that it usually helps to reboot your modem.
 
I really need to fix that wizard don't I.
I just have been too busy with work I work weekends & weekdays till late 2am is not abnormal. When I get a break I take it but next time I will fix the wizard instead.
