How could I have been exposed, what potential security threats do I open myself to by using a bit torrent client?Well you can, but you might miss out on security updates?

I'm sure it could but what exactly?I'm no expert, but an app that connects to a whole lot of random IPs over the internet? Could contain a few potential security holes.

I've yet to hear of an attack via a clean/legit bit torrent client using a security loophole?
What is bitThief, a client that does zero seeding of files?BitThief. Cause I'm a d*ck like that. Also technically I'm not doing anything illegal.

SABnzdb & Transmission hooked into Sonarr
Ooh that looks Interesting.
I use Deluge or Transmission (the former is cross-platform) but the latter is too (I believe) but not on Windows (I think, there is a port somewhere but it is unofficial I think).
yeah, Sonarr is fully customisable with NZB indexers and uTorrent clients.
I basically just add a series I want to watch (with the quality profile/language I want) and it'll take care of finding the episodes and downloading them.
I've setup everything via DynDNS so that I can control stuff when not at home, comes in handy when I'm overseas and the drive is running out of space.
