UV bug zapper

Need this for fly control.

Where can you buy these in the Bellville area and any recommended brands.
 
Been using one of these racket type zappers but the flies survive the zaps. Have to zap them three times to kill the buggers.
 
Try at your local hardware there is a spray that you use it goes in one of those machines that spray a spray out like every ten minutes. I cant remember the name it is normally by the ant poison and such, it is by far the best thing for flies I have used it for the last few years and haven't had a problem with flies.
 
Any kind will do. Just remember it only kills things that are attracted to UV...meaning you'll catch mostly moths. NB mosquitoes are _not_ attracted to UV. Should work for flies.

Game or makro had them for R200 which is a very good price i have had a large one for many years paid R1000
love the sound when it zappes some thing :D
But it scares the shyt out of some people when it zappes and they dont expect it.
 
What i find works is a fly catcher called Red Top i get it either from Builders Warehouse or Pick n Pay.

Works realy well
