UX and UI design

Greetings

So I would like to learn UI and UX design principles . I understand this is a very broad topic with lots to cover. Can anyone recommend a reputable institution or learning resource?

My development skills are coming along nicely, however I think the UI and UX design side of things will benefit my learning and career goals.
