just wanted to mention that ZiPhone 3.0 works like a bomb and is so easy to use. did my first iphone this weekend.

If you are on Mac OS try using PwnageTool - it's a lot better and safer
If not wait a while as PwnageTool for Windows is still in beta, but if you would like give it a try - it's called WinPwn.

It allows you to do restore in iTunes and not lock your phone, it will be a cleanly restore and unlocked iPhone if you create a pwnd firmware and it's future safe unlike Ziphone.

Used the mac version V 1.1 and works fine, didn't need to do anything else - haven't had an issue yet...

I've got the Beta 2.0 version 5 iPhone software. It usually gets seeded to iPhone developers. I've got a friend that knows a friend 
If you guys are interested I can seed it on a torrent or upload it somewhere for you?
The new features are amazing! The only downside is that it runs a bit slow on the iphone at the moment. Seems like there is a debugger running in the background that slows things down a bit.
