Why do I have to phone the call centre and waste my time and Virgin's call centre's time just to get a PIN to sign in to V-Zone?
And why when calling the virgin service centre from my virgin phone do I have to 'enter my virgin mobile number'?
And why after giving my Virgin mobile number to the call centre computer do I have to repeat it to the operator verbally?
And why after all that does the operator disconnect me and not give me a PIN?
Man I want my 20 minutes back.
Can anyone tell me what I get in the v-zone that makes this ridiculous process worthwhile?
