Is there a big diffs in the Rx470 vs Rx480?

The price difference is only R250-300 between a 470 & 480, go with the 480 4GB if you're on a tight budget. Don't buy the 1060 3GB.

The rest of your system is fine from the looks of things, just confirm the cpu model for us.
