VANS License Application

Anyone know how I can get my hands on a VANS license application form. Can't find it on the ICASA website for download and after 4 attempts am still waiting for ICASA to e-mail/fax me one.

ICASA will tell you that you can no longer apply for a VANS and that you will have to wait until the new licences are sorted; they have also suspended all pending applications until the same time

i am arguing with them about this (imho they are wrong...)

They made no mention of that when I called them

Clearly a lack of communication between people that work there.

as far as i can see they have pulled the application form off their website
