Vantec ion2+ 5210 not cutting it?

90 degrees... ouch sounds like you edging the limit... i only peak at 70 and even then the fan only runs 33%.

If it was a power issue, you would know immediately, like if i take out one of my 6-pin pci-e connectors the pc will refuse to boot.

My gpu is running anywhere from 90 degrees and up!! I cant reduce this because i need an extra fan which i dont have right now. THE FANS ON THE 4890 ARE NOT SPINNING!!!!!!????? what can i do geees

Check that the fan header on the gfx card cooling fan is plugged in somewhere on the actual gfx card. It seems that this may be your problem. I have experience with Vantec PSU's and they are awesome.

Ill go out and get another fan and try improve the airflow, but if the PSU was the culprit (alrthough i really dont think it is) then adding components wont help, ill see what another fan can do

Another fan isn't going to help if the CPU/GPU sinks aren't seated properly. Do that first.
