He's right.
Malema received his dues by political fixing for VBS and got paid via intermediaries so you'd need to nail those first. Unless the vbs execs shared their political connections amongst each other and even then it'd hearsay.
 
I think I have could be confusing things but wasn't there some reports about the other white guy from some West Rand municipality also wanting to turn state witness?

You can't be complicit in a crime, then point the finger at someone more complicit than you, and just get off scot free. Reduced sentence, yes. Just free, no.

Final sequestration order against former VBS boss and his wife

The North Gauteng High Court has granted a final sequestration order for the assets of former VBS Mutual Bank CEO Andile Ramavhunga.

The estates of Matodzi, VBS head of treasury Phophi Mukhodobwane, chief financial officer Nicholas Truter, Vele Investments former CEO and COO Robert Madzonga have also been finally sequestrated.
 
I want to see EFF members behind bars! I want Mr Malema and Mr Zuma sharing a cell... They can have tea parties everyday then.
