Vehicle servicing question

I have a 2020 Opel Corsa 1.0T with 23K on the clock.

It'll be due for the annual service in December, at which point it'll likely be on around 25K. Obviously this is very low mileage, so I'm essentially just doing annual services in line with the regular services of the car (minor, major etc.)

My question is, for services that require more serious work (cam belt, plugs etc), do these realistically need to be done per the suggested intervals?

At this rate I'll hit the 120,000KM cambelt service in 2040, but I'm fairly certain the rubber will have tarnished long before then. But I'd also like to not do an expensive service if I don't have to and this car is realistically not even on it's second service per the mileage intervals.

Trying to determine what actually needs to be done due to aging, etc and what I can get away with skipping.

Just follow the schedule. If you don’t hit the mileage - then you’ll be doing services based on year.

Eg a belt might be 120k km or 5 years. Whichever comes first.

Also you need to follow whatever is in the book to keep the warranty.

Yea that's what I've been doing and will continue to do. Warranty is finished, otherwise this wouldn't even be a question.

Yes. ALWAYS keep to the intervals regardless of mileage. Rubber, plastics and lubricants break down over time - regardless of mileage, so you always want to get your car serviced at regular intervals. Even if you only do 500km a year.

Sy vrou het nie n keuse nie, sy is al te gewoond aan syne. Sharon seker ook.
Ek het al baie kere verduidelik: Sharon is 'n rep by 'n drukker maatskappy. My ou piel en sy het fokol met mekaar te doen nie. Dan is daar 'n Shannen wat ook by 'n drukkery werk. Selfde storie - fokol met my ou piel te doen nie.

Jy klink bietjie deurmekaar vanoggend, is alles okay daar by die drukkery? Of is dit nou n euphemism vir n hoerhuis?
