Vehicle shaking when braking

apparently the discs were too thin and warped so they couldnt be skimmed. What could be the problem?

Well, I said the same thing early in the thread, but apparently there is a much bigger chance of it being the wheel alignment or balancing...

Its definitely due to the warped disc, this is the most likely cause of brake shudder.

The problem is a combination of all things people mentioned here.Change the discs then if the vibration continues,find the a professional mechanic to drive your vehicle to diagonose the fault,because U can't change all front suspension,that will cost you a lot.

I've had this problem once before. Replace the discs.

2 new tyres, alignment and balancing fixed the problem
