problem with hivemapper, or helium is the setup costs is high; and i think it's late to start now
i wouldnt put hivemapper next to likes of hyfix tho
HM is DePin infrastructure, with a real biz model, not like your 2017 pAssiVe inComE miners.
also AI is the hottest sector in whole of crypto this cycle
so I expect the IoT and DePiN narratives to explode violently
to capture this upside I hold Helium and Honey tokens instead of mining them

i buy 2GB MTN data R150 per month and i am using old laptops and routers so no initial costs. (the hivemapper dashcam is like $350, if i remember correctly, mostly sold out too)

You could try Grass, no idea on what it will give or even if it will but decided to give it a go and hopefully will be worth something when it goes live. Supposed to use your unused bandwidth, but i am not sure they are using it during beta as there seems to be no extra data being used yet.

Looks likes its getting closer to something happening, now requires linking to a Solano wallet, talk is that the next stage of the project is almost upon us, hopefully allocation of rewards. Who knows? however still not using much data so willing to let it run and accumulate grass.

yeah they were around for quite a while made their cash and f'd off.
I follow a couple of them, looks like GoldenHen is cutting too they just warned everyone their account was frozen at binance so can't withdraw.
