If he has made such a proclamation then yes, the DA could probably discipline him.

So far, I'm calling BS since AntiGanda can't seem to provide even a stitch of evidence and I can't find anything online at all to back it up.

An advocate? I would never have believed it. Judging by the video I know of some angry alcoholics who act exactly like that, foul mouthed, aggressive and stupid.
