Hi Afripeople.

The support requests section of the clientzone isn't working for me. If someone can maybe have a look. I tried in two different browsers.

Basically if I go to My Support and then click on View Support Requests then nothing happens. I tried hard refreshing the page and like I said, different browsers but it doesn't work.
 
Tried now on another computer too and there's either something wrong with the clientzone in general or something specific with this username.
 
I logged in now, their website is broken.

Same as their 'broken' support department who don't reply to emails.

Hi Solitude. We're definitely not seeing any general issues with regards to logging tickets. Are you getting an error message, or does the site just not do anything?

regardless, and alternative is always to just mail our team on [email protected] and a ticket will be logged with a reference number mailed back to you. :)

I see it's working now. It didn't this morning. I can confirm that the html in the ClientZone has changed so it was definitely updated. Someone at Afrihost knew about it and fixed it. :)

I'm glad that it's fixed though. :)

I sent AfriGenie a pm this morning with my query. I'm hoping he will come back to me at some point.

Awesome. :) It's possible that our developers made an update, but your's was the first complaint I noticed. Glad to hear it's working now, though. :) I'll ask Genie to reply as soon as possible.
