virgin 3G sucks

I have a contract with them with a desire hd
They claim to have 3g coverage, however however for the last month or so the 3g is terrible. It hardly ever works and is very unreliable.

I dont know what can be done
I complained on hello petre and the rest but its still just a pain:mad:
 
Yep, and I got overbilled last week. So I took the Virgin sim out of my phone and am using my CellC 2GB data sim. Nobody can contact me but at least I have internet.

Good luck dealing with their "Technical Support department" (I am not talking about the useless call centre - I am talking about the "technical department" guys). If they eventually do respond to an email or message (this is after you have been dealing with them for a couple of months allready) their only course of action seems to email cell c. It this fails to fix anything they will eventually send a email to their team leader - but guess what - he doesnt respond to emails either.

So you are scr*wed. Use another provider.
