Has anyone had success in getting the free drink for visiting twice a week for 30 min or longer? Everytime the week resets it says i did not visit twice a week so no reward but during the week it says i did. Raised it with them and they tell me different versions of scanning in and out. Variations i have tried below. Now just stuck last two weeks with someone will get back to me. Family members at different gyms having the same problem.

1) scanning in and out with physical card
2) scanning in with card and out with QR code in app
3) scanning in and out with QR code in app
 
In the app it says that my previous vouchers expired but it never showed that i could actually redeem anything. I think VA released this app without proper testing.
 
When the new AI algorithm detects that the customer is a virgin it automatically assumes that they are not active.

Conclusion: Your family are saints.
 
Only just recently starting using the QR code on app to scan in and out as my card was having issues (even just registering scanning in) since May.

Will try to get two 30 minute visits in and report back.

I only realised now that their week is Mon-Sun. Had no idea until i grabbed this screenshot.
 
Same issues here

Scanning is a mess at my branch. Its almost never live so have to do manual sign in which takes days (sometimes weeks) to reflect. If it does work its slow

The app seems to take forever to update and, in weeks that I do manage to have to workouts correctly scanned, it never properly provides the reward code... which expires almost instantly..,

This is broken.
 
I tried to reset my password on the app last week. Also received the same.
I had to reset at the gym. They did it for me on the computer. Then I could go in and change it to a more secure one. (They seem to hard code it from their side, so you need to uninstall and reinstall the app after their reset. Very weird, I thought the woman was talking ***, but it only worked after I reinstalled).
 
Do you get your weekly reward as soon as you complete your second qualifying visit in the week, or only once that week has ended? I have two rewards, both expiring in 7 days, and I'm not sure if this was just an admin error at their end (I had to ask them to load last week's reward manually) or if one is for this week (second visit completed on Wed) and one for last week.
And on that note, does anyone want to buy a weekly reward? DM me.
 
Once you clock in twice, your reward will be available the following day. Example, you go in Monday and Tuesday, by Wednesday you can collect your reward. You have 7 days to collect before it expires. A new week always starts on a Monday.
 
I usually get my rewards which says to redeem within 7 days but is gone the very next day. A while later it says it expired or was redeemed??!!
Then i get the sprint reward which allows 14 day's to expiry. Again... gone within 2 days?!!

absolute joke, still dont have mine. They say i need to come to the gym during office hours as thats when they can help as it has to be reset in person or some other bs.

I called the call centre. Helped in under 2 minutes
 
I get my rewards regularly, however last week they had system issues, so not only missing out on the weekly reward but monthly cash bonus as well now... Another friend at the gym is just not getting the reward, even though the app shows 4/2 it will still not qualify for the voucher.

PS Im scanning in and out with my card and not QR code.
 
Been using the app now for the last 2 weeks no problems.... finally :)
 
At the beginning it worked just fine with the QR code but since October it is not loggin my entrances.

I tried QR code - nothing
I tried Card - nothing
I tried Samsing Wallet Barcode - worked only once
 
The recent rewards where you get Biogen Whey Sachets is just useless as you never find any Dischem with stock! have tried different Dischems,now my vouchers are expiring, losing 6 sachets of Whey
 
I selected the smoothie as my reward and the option disappeared from the app immediately? Is there a QR code somewhere on the app that I can use to redeem my smoothie or is this a bug where the smoothie reward disappears?

edit: The smoothie reward has re-appeared and now says it 7 days before expiry. Previously before I redeemed it 10 minutes ago it said 2 days before expiry.
OK now I can see the QR code to redeem at Kauai.
