Hello,

I would like to request that you authorize for my Cell C modem to be unlocked, the reasons for which must be pretty obvious by now.

PM me for details.

Thank you.

The CellC modem is in fact locked, and this has been mentioned in previous threads, but you can use a VM sim in it if you add the correct connection string under modem - advanced options

How is it that the modem is locked?

Isnt it network locked?

I think we drove all the reps away... poor things. the reps are now wreaks, we could be like a punishment centre for anyone who steps out of line, or if you want to work someone out of a job you get them to be the rep here

Not really, theyre not obligated to be on this forum so if you abuse them enough its understandable that they dont relish coming back on the site, they just go back to their primary jobs and leave you here to wander :"what did i do?";)

Well if they were not adding value then perhaps they should just do their regular job (taking out the bins) or whatever. The VM reps were just soft-soaping us anyway.

The modem is network locked. I do not wish to be part of cell c/ virgin mobile anymore.

I phone Thetalogix, the manufacturer of the modem and they need to get clearance from Cell C to unlock the modem for me.

Hmm but we in turn complain that theyre not here, catch 22 situation perhaps?
