I've been with virgin for over a year and have had my fair share of issues with them.
Last night I just lost it.
I have the 1000sms a month deal and it was all good until last night.Last night I was being charged for sms's,this morning too.There is no way in hell that I have send 1000 sms's.Maybe I've sent 200-400max.This is ridiculous.Help centre,well they are not helpful and are "looking into the problem".

Virgin drives me nuts.:mad::mad::twisted::twisted::cry::cry:

Your fault for being with a virgin
I think this post should go in the relationships section though :D

I know,Im a fool for being with them but I dont want to fork out if I cancel the contract.

well if you cancel a virgin contract, u just have to pay off your phone, don't you? There's no other costs.
Good luck tho, contracts on Voda / MTN are more expensive. Just cancelled my Voda, finally.

A 1000 smses a month? Seriously? Get MXit already.

They have an *unlimited sms* thing,sure you have seen it advertised/heard about it?I said i have sent 200-400sms's at the most.

I refuse to mxit,most of the people I send sms's to do not have mxit.In our family we rarely call each other,we sms.

Yes I have had many virgin issues and not one of them has been sorted out.I want to leave them but I will wait till my contract expires.

How much are you paying for all these smses?

Virgin did a server upgrade over the weekend and some of the free sms contracts just lost all their sms's hence you were paying for them contact virgin and speak to the accounts department they will refund u the airtime u used. Also had the same problem took bloody 48 hours to resolve idiots they dont even warn you they are going to do it

Virgin periodically starts charging for the "free SMS's". The fastest way to get them to do something about it is by posting on hellopeter.com. I struggled with customer care for 10 days without result and after posting on hellopeter, my problem was sorted out within a couple of hours.

Virgin sucks.
