Virgin GPRS down

Don't know if SA ADSL subscribers and GPRS / 3G / HSDPA users share the same international bandwidth.

Perhaps a bottleneck in all users trying to use their alloted caps before Feb ?

Ok I didn't think of that. I'm on IS ADSL and its working fine.
