I have tried Piesangs recommendation on how to get connected, but I am
failing to come right:

Unfortunately it went as follows:
1) OK
2) Done
3) They did not know what I am talking about. Siad they escalate the call and it might be resolved tomorrow?
4) N/A
5) Done
6) Error 619 using the normal windows dailup.
Please help
