I agree that VM must be experiencing teething problems, but IMO denying that there are problems is not the way to go about pleasing customers...
Everyone there needs to be on the same page IMO.. . another Virgin Mobile spokesperson confirmed that they are experiencing teething problems and that they are addressing the issue.

Why would anyone want to choose a Cell phone provider for internet access? The only reason I can think of is to avoid the waiting period for the installation of a Telkom line, but then aren't Iburst and the others cheaper? Maybe someone who actually uses a Cell phone company for the Internet could explain why they chose them.
