i have a Samsung galaxy s2 with virgin mobile.
2 months back i would switch my phone off and then it would not switch on for like 3-5 hours.
so i sent it in for repairs and the warranty covered the replacement of the motherboard.
so i get the phone back, two weeks later the phone freezes so i switch it off and then it will not go on for an hour or so.
i just phoned virgin mobile now to tell them about my problem and i said to them that i dont want to send the phone in for repairs AGAIN, i want a brand new unit because i dont want to send the phone in for a month and then i get it back and its faulty again. they said they refused to give me a new unit and said i must send it in for repairs.
the guy on the phone says to me that if i send the phone in then hopefully they will get the repair right, he said that maybe they didnt tighten a screw enough. What a stupid thing to say.
Anyways im really considering cancelling my contract.
just warning the people out there who are considering going for virgin.
