Basically have a contract with them, every 3rd call or so gets dropped. Is it possible to get out of this contract on this basis? I was thinking I could argue that they aren't fulfilling their end of the contract.

Any advice appreciated.

No way. Cell companies are not fixed line! Read the small print. Communication/connection is NOT guaranteed. Wait until the contract runs out and never go back to them. A few years back I had a similar issue in my area with MTN.

If you signed it in the last few months (after the CPA came into effect) then you can cancel it for a 'reasonable' fee. Though if you got a phone you might have to pay for it.
