Hi,
I am not sure if there is someone who will be able to answer this.
I am sure by now you have all been to a shop that supports the tap and go payment method or contactless payments. I personally come into contact with plenty of these stores but what they all lack is their staff having knowledge that their POS supports these payments.
Everytime i hand over my card that want to insert it into the chip reader, I then stop then and show them that they can simply just tap it and it approves (they are beyond excited normally)
Now my questions is: Why is there no formal training for this type of payment? Just think all the time that can be saved if the cashier knows to look at the card to see if it has the contactless logo (which most new ones do) and then simply tap the card and that's it?
