Visa to the UK

Hey,

I heard a rumor the other day that my wife doesn't require a Visa if I have a British passport

I say BS as there is nothing (well cannot find it) on the UK gov site.

We still going ahead with her Visa but would like to hear from someone has traveled like we are about to.

No you are correct.

she will still need a visa for her travels. My father and Mother in law are in the same boat. She has a British passport and he has a South African passport. He always needs to get a visa to travel with into Europe.

She needs a visa. Only benefit is she can join you in the UK queue at immigration if its shorter or vice versa.
Also if you have kids dont forget the unabridged birth certificate copy for your return.
