Vista command line query

Does anybody know how to run the following from the command line in Vista:

Start menu
Shut down dialogue
Search window
Notification area power indicator for a laptop



i've googled and found nothing but hotkeys.

Same functions; added a dock, trying to get rid of taskbar.

For shutdwn, use shutdown

i know the individual commands for shutdown, logout etc, i'm looking for the command to bring up the dialogue with all the opions ie: i need to reproduce the shutdown command from the sstart menu

run "shutdown" from a cmd line prompt. Without parameters it will give you the parameters you can use. For instance to make it interactive, try "shutdown -i"
