What is that R1900 gonna give you that you don't currently have?
Prettier graphics? Huh? Slower application performance (Tom's Hardware)?

Get Vista with a new PC/Laptop but atm stay put with XP. If you have
R1900 to throw away for pretty graphics maybe consider upgrading to
a prettier monitor instead, a 24 inch HD computer monitor can be
had for R8000 now. A 30 inch HP (best atm) can be had for R14K
that's only R12K left to go. I know what I would do with R2000 cash
if I had an extra 2K lying around doing nothing and was a graphics
freak .

Hey I didn't say I'm going to buy it, its just that a price of R5000 is way off. Only correcting that.

I'm already running it btw, cracked. Just because I like to check new things out, especially something like a new OS.

And yes, I hate windows taking focus too

ME was almost a downgrade from 98, Vista is better, although not as much as you would like it too be.
