Vista Language Issue

I've got a user in Germany who purchased a laptop with Vista on it. Problem is that it's in German and she'd prefer English. Does anyone know if Vista comes with language packs? Is there a quick change setting, or is a format reinstall necessary? I don't have a working Vista system near me to check it out for myself, and I've lost touch with my google skills

btw I'm still waiting to find out what version of Vista it is, if that makes any difference...

I think you can download language packs through Windows Update...

thanks, i found this page which says you can download packs, not sure if it's available in English though. Can't find the download site either, appears to be accessible to Vista systems only
Guess it's time to get a Virtual Vista system up and running...
