Yes, Home Premium has Media Center. As far as I know, you cannot join a domain with Home Premium. Otherwise you can be part of a workgroup on a LAN

Just be aware that OEM version will only ever allow you to install that windows 10 times on the same machine before it refuses to register.

The retail version allows you to install an unlimited number of times...

Thanks. So it is tied to one PC? No using it when you trash your old machine and buy a new one? Ack!

Nah, it is usable, but you have to make a call to Ms and explain to them why u changed a component. Make something like "My mobo died, and it had to be replaced by a different one" story up, and it works like a charm ;)

It's nice to speak to Microsoft. Your potential is their passion. :)

*I know it's lame, but I couldn't help myself.

I would be on the phone with MS every week if bought an oem version. I'd rather not have to deal with any human. This is however a good buy for those n a budget and don't fiddle with their systems allot. :)

I have oem version of XP MCE 2005, and I almost reinstall every week due to codecs and updates and all that not working.

They only ask me why am i reinstalling (because of codecs) and on how many machines this software is on (only my pc and this is about my 3rd pc using the same software) and if they software came with the pc or retail.

So it takes about 5:04 seconds on the phone. That is how i spend my free minutes on my contract.
