Yep, but there's only a release candidate build out, the final should be early next year.

I think it does quite a bit more than just the patches though, updates to the kernel and stuff...

Last time with xp service pack 1 and 2 MS were willing to send you a free copy if you asked and phoned them hopefully they are willing to do this again.

The SP's for Vista I've seen so far are 1.6Gb's (V64) and 1.4Gb's (V86)
