Vista SP1 on local server?

Im looking for Vista SP1 on local server as it will kill my cap if i dont download it locally.

Been searching through the forums looking for a local link and only one i could find was SP1 on UUnet ftp server but it had already been removed.

Anyone know any other possible local links for Vista SP1?
