Vista Ultimate 32bit --> 64bit OEM

Right so i got vista Ultimate 32bit OEM now i know that the lower versions of vista you can't change to 64bit but the reatail version of vista ultimate comes with 32 and 64 bit. What are the chances that i will be able to change to 64bit?

P.S. only got the 32bit vista dvd in the package.

If you have a retail copy of either home premium or business you can order a 64 bit disc from microsoft and just pay shipping. Mine cost R100. Not sure about oem.
 
man wish someone would tell me this stuff before i get oem, you know when you just ask the sales guy at work to get you vista ultimate and he gets the oem... mission... Never again, now what happens if i need to put it on a new pc and toss this one... Grrr.
