Vitamin B

Interesting.

I work indoors and wear sunblock when I go running in the AM.

You will have to get a blood test to determine your levels because you should not supplement if not nessasary. If it is the culprit it is a cheap and easy fix, please let me know the outcome I am convinced that it is actually a bigger problem than people think and very few doctors test for this. They are more likely to prescribe antidepressants or anti anxiety medication which is kinda scary.

Not sure if posted

B-vitamins are very ubiquitous in fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains,” he says. “They are everywhere and there are no documented benefits of taking additional B-vitamins in healthy individuals.”

It’s not just supplement companies looking to cash in on vitamin B’s good name, either: “B-complex vitamins are touted in countless energy drinks for their ability to help boost energy.” The reality: “They don't,” says Roussell.

Very interesting but not surprising.

There aren't many things that I worth supplementing. I think Vitamin D can be, because I think many people don't get enough sun exposure and don't realize it.

I think most people don't get enough calcium. You have to drink something like 1 liter of milk to get enough calcium. Most people don't get nearly that much.

Its definitely worth taking Omega 3. Most of us get far too much Omega 6 and not nearly enough Omega 3.

So why not try fixing that rather than taking a pill in the hopes of a miracle? I cant understand people most times.

I was merely speculating about the cause for the fatigue.

Diet is not that easy to change - may or may not be an issue.

How do you cure insomnia? Sleeping pills, which simply = more chemicals.

I was going to say take melatonin maybe but think you need a doctors note now

I hope this won't across as harsh, but if that is where you are, I suggest you take a good long hard look at your life and see what you can change.

I can't see how you can be happy in your life if you can't take the time to cook and eat properly. Something would feel very wrong to me if I didn't have the time to make a simple salad everyday.

Before you try sleeping pills, please try to see if you can improve your diet. Supplement if you have to. Become more disciplined about things that distract you during the night. Identify things that could interfere with your sleep, and change or remove them.

Have a 30 minute walk in the evenings.
