VLC Player Question

Okay have VLC player on my pc and watch movies with it. But after a movie, the full screen on the TV goes down blank and the full screen re-appears on the PC side as a full screen.

And worts of all sometimes it doesn't do it.

What is the problem...






99% sure I won't get a responds... :(:rolleyes:
 
Best Movie Player for Dual Viewing

Dual Viewing = To watch it on my pc.

Can anyone recommend a player, because VLC sux in that regard.
 
I've had issues with it too. In fact I am fairly sure that it is responsible for completely borking a PC last week.
 
I use the divx player and only use VLC for formats that aren't supported by divx.
 
I love VLC player, but after every 40 min watching a episode, the damn fullscreen reapears on my PC. So I need to climb out of bed in the cold and move the fullscreen back to the TV side. :(
 
Nope - you've selected the second display as your desired display device in the preferences? (Prefs>Video>Output modules>DirectX)

NB you need to make sure advanced options is ticked ;)

Okay thanks, but which boxes should be ticked?
 
My preference is to use XP's/Vista's inherent Media Player with ffdshow.
