VLC STREAM TO TV.

Could any one help?

I have a Acer Travelmate P253 running windows 7 64bit and I would like to stream on to a Sinotec TV.
I was able to do the above when running on Windows 7 32bit but am unable to do so now.
Can any one help?

Stream? Are you using your TV as monitor via vga/hdmi cable, network cable or wifi?
