So, I was checking out my Vrewards for July, during July.

I was happy to find that I would get around R70 odd on my cell at the end of the month.

Actually, the message said something like this:

"Your Vrewards for 07: R70,08. Vrewards are automatically added to your account at month end".

Guess what? Month end came and I got zilch, so I decided to phone them (20 minutes ago). The lady said, thank you for holding sir, but you will receive it in the next 5 days, it's not at month end.

So why does VM say at month end then? Scaley if you ask me :mad:
 
More evidence that this company haven't a clue what they are doing.

Lol, my posts are really not rantings, I'm not even angry, it's just amusing to me really.

I must be honest, I've got 70% uptime with Virgin, 100 would be good, but we'll see :p ;) :D
 
Mine showed that I should now be sitting with an amount of R25++.

Great, I bargained for that few rands of airtime and did not go out and buy any today. :|

If you have used your Virgin menu and got the msg that you have V rewards, this should be alloceted to your account respectively. Due to system glitches, we do sometimes experience cases where these are not allocated. Pls PM me your details and i will have them allocated to you,

Just to update everyone. Without posting the pm's to and from (as that is not allowed on this forum).

Basically, The same thing that was said to me by the lady on 123, is the same thing which was said to me by 3 pm's from Ndlovu.

So, without being silly and without getting angry, what's the use of a forum presence on myadsl?
 
I phoned VM last week Wednesday, the 8th of August, I spoke to a guy and he promised to call me back, I never received the call. It's the 14th and there's been no sign of my Vrewards.

Screw you Virgin, okay?

Same here, The VRewards went on a strike. What is interesting though, the *122# Showed this before the end of the month:

Yip, mine said R70,18 now it says R70,18. Pretty stuffed if you ask me.

Please note that there were no Rewards allocated for the past month as you did not meet the criteria

So, lets see. I was standing at R26 odd rands.This being under the criteria, I know. It told me I was R32 rand away from the ""next VReward"", and I passed that R32 by using +-R50, and thus I presumed that I was supposed to have gotten VRewards according to the *122# Menu.

Why dont you just rather disable the Menu again, as it has no use but to provide false information/hope to subscribers at the moment. A non-enabled menu is better than a half disabled one!
 
Hmm. Same thing here. That sucks. You plan on having this extra airtime and it never arrives :(
 
lol. I agree with u guys totally i am so sick and tired of BEGGING VM for my vrewards that i have decided to call it a day and port to VODACOM. I can handle a lot of crap but i cant tolerate BAD service, liar's and thieves who SCREAM and i quote "THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE". the TRUTH IS VM IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIAR'S!! That use advertising and the media to convince people that they are so HONEST. Well the thank you VM the TRUTh did set me FREE and sent me to VODACOM.
 
I might do the same thing again Connor, It's been 2 months and I didn't see jack of those Vrewards.

I got a spam message from VM today which said R15 recharge vouchers are now available, how condescending do they want to be? ;)
 
yeah they PATHETIC bro...I have just emailed Virgin group UK and told them exactly what i think of there so called network and lies. Im just gatvol of them

Cool, R15 vouchers! I bet Clicks wont sell them though - They still dont know about the R35 vouchers! :eek:

Somewhere there is some serious problems with that programming of that VRewards system. That VReward system needs to be scraped and be rebuilt.

I think the ONLY way to get there attention is to do up a site, the same way hellkom did to telkom. The slogan should be changed from "the truth shall set you free" to "Port to virgin mobile and we'll s**** you over for free" lol

I've recieved one as well.
Once again they advertise nationwide, but there are no VM voucher outlets in smaller towns.
 
i have just been informed by VM that they are experiencing proplems with there billing system so they can't invoice and thats why i havent received any Vrewards and that i should of received them between the 1st to 5th of the month. I bet if this was a contract CREDIT account and i hadnt paid it by the 31st, i would of been contacted the very next day to find out why. when they owe you money there systems are down, when you owe them money there systems work 100%.
