VM, you are a scaley lot

lol. I agree with u guys totally i am so sick and tired of BEGGING VM for my vrewards that i have decided to call it a day and port to VODACOM. I can handle a lot of crap but i cant tolerate BAD service, liar's and thieves who SCREAM and i quote "THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE". the TRUTH IS VM IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIAR'S!! That use advertising and the media to convince people that they are so HONEST. Well the thank you VM the TRUTh did set me FREE and sent me to VODACOM.

I received your PM yesterday and got some one who immidiately called you and advised you of the V rewards allocation. As per your your response you did not highAs that was a telephone converastion i'm sure the consultant advised as to why you were not allocated the V Rewards as there are terms and conditions to that. If you have any queries/information about the rewards. If there is anybody else who has problems with v-rewards allocations pls PM me your detailes and i will contact you and advise.

i got your PM yesterday and i got someone to call and assist you with your query. You presponded to me and said that you were happy with the explanation that was given to you. We had a delay on our bill run and this has led to the delay in allocations as well. You will receive and SMS advising you as such. Should you need more details...pls PM me your details & i will assist...

My pm was to thank YOU for YOUR fast reply ndlovu, NOT the person that called me trying to give me the run around again. This is what my reply was to you after VM called me. " Hi there ndlovu

I just got a call from VM and once again they claim i have received my vrewards on the 14th august, when in fact the last time i recieved vrewards was on the 4th august in th amount of R70,18 cents. my billing date as they call it is on the 4th of each month, so how can they say they gave me vrewards on the 4th and then again on the 14th? I have this kinda problem every month where i have to BEG VM for my rewards and for gprs thats always down. Maybe the only solution is to email VM head office in the UK and also email icasa coz its obviously not helping to speak to VM south africa.

No offence ndlovu BUT....If that message tells you that i am happy with there explanation then no wonder VM has problems with there clients bro.
