Hi guys

Can anyone help with this problem I'm having with the VMC software:

When I load the software and restart to create a profile it comes up with the C++ Runtime error as follows, Runtime Error, Abnormal Program Termination.
Yadadadada, VMConnect.exe.

I can use the USB version without a problem but I need to use a card as I'm testing an antenna for various users, any ideas?

Cheers

Ok thats not working

Anyone know of methods to remove all traces of VMC from the PC, any tools etc available ?

Doesn't fdisk remove the entire contents of the hard disk?

What better way to get rid of an app in Windows? ;)

But you're right, before someone takes me seriously, I was only joking. Please don't fdisk your harddrive!

There are uninstallers that will remove a half-uninstalled app. Google is, as always, your friend.

Riiiight, thanks V3G, I just lost my entire hard drive... Nah I'm not that moronic. Basically I need to test a couple of sites tomorrow using a Huawaei card and Yagi antenna, using a USB modem obviously wont help, hence the reason I'm trying to the VMC dash installed. I'll give google a bash, I was hoping someone had had this problem before :(

$%^&, you nearly gave me a heart attack....:p

Have you tried to delete the drivers in Control Panel -> System?

Hehe, nah I didnt think it would be a hardware issue. I'm going to try it now but to be honest I thought it would be a software issue when I saw the error message. Gonna try it out quick....

No Luck, have to take a second laptop with me, will try again some other time.
