VMware question and assistance please

I am assisting a friend.

They moved office and thus moved server, server cabinet etc etc

They suspended / paused the VM's and now when they boot up and the new site, it is not coming up.

Here is the error attached.

Any assistance would be great.

I reckon the best thing for him is to install Hyper-V :crylaugh:

They're internal IP ranges, not accessible from outside, so nothing to worry about.
