What a useless menu..... You have to press this then that... Then state your name, i got cut off 6 times and it took me 3 mins just to get through to a human. Then to be told i will be transfered to the correct department! and cut off again..... Vodacom Red is Anger. Red is not Ayoba :cry:

Hi VD,

Could vodacom not simplify there menu's? it is a horrible system!

i could not register a new VC SIM for the My Vodacom section, but all sorted now. seems the number was not valid on the system.

I wonder if they review some calls because after calling a million times you get through to a guy who understands your problem exactly and helps you to solve it in the quickest of manners and you just wonder why doesn't Vodacom take their time to train and only hire competent people. :mad:
