Vodacom 3G on Cell C USB modem..

I want to know if it's possible to get Vodacom 3G on the Cell C USB modem?
In my area I can only get onto the Vodacom 2G/EDGE service which is terribly slow..
But I saw on Vodacom Users in this area can get onto 3G, Is Cell C only restricted to Vodacom 2G?

That is correct if you go roaming on to VC you will only get Edge.
What area are you in ?

just to clear some thing up.
Are you using a Cell C sim and want to roam on to VC or
A VC sim in the router ?
