Anyone else experiencing problems with V3G lately?

Been happy with them for almost 2 years so this is a new thing. I'll have anything from 2-4 bars signal, blazing fast the one minute then pffft .. throughput drops to 0 and stays there for quite a while. Sometimes long enough to be disconnected. Especially annoying when I VPN to work like tonite but it happens during normal browsing as well.

Yeah, they told me to flash to latest VMC as per their website.
