Does anyone else [on a data contract] have [yet-to-be-answered] queries with Vodacom for charges on their monthly accounts - specifically regarding "out of bundle" data usage?

Does anyone else [on a data contract] have [yet-to-be-answered] queries with Vodacom for charges on their monthly accounts - specifically regarding "out of bundle" data usage?
I want to know whether [that fact that I have such a query in the first place - and Vodacoms' apparent tardiness in replying thereto] is just an isolated instance, or is a more widespread occurance?
[searchforum]"Itemised Billing report"[/searchforum]Was charged for "out of bundle" data usage [in August account], but there is no way there was any o.b.u. in July. I queried exactly when this data was used [and PROOF of, rather than merely Vodacoms' say so]. This was on 15/08/07 - still waiting for an answer.
